- Yalor advised to do all in one proposal and then send to multisig
- Joseph is voting no so that two proposals can go through, one for funds to a multisig and one for share to TW
- we all trust Travis, but the president needs to consider security

### upgrade to V3
- massive undertaking
- MC is a good place to start the experiment
- could seem like power is being taken away from people who contributed a lot a long time ago
- transfer governance shares via quadratic
- loot shares stays the same
- can sweat for more governance shares
- should be more inflation and rewarding current contributions to keep MC going
- how can we experiment more with quadratic voting and further decentralization
- Joseph already wrote the code to automate the process - its a python script in github
- **people don't loose their economic power**
- 1 share in quadratic voting is 1 share
- 100 shares in quadratic voting is 10 shares
- upgrading MC to V3 is great for DAOhaus proposal case study!
- discussion about non-voting members, who also have most of the shares
- should their shares be loot, not governance power?
- can we align on direction?
- quadratic part is easiest right now when V3
- should we be a social dao?
- grants are important?
- are there V3 features we're not thinking about?
- don't need minions anymore
- DAO contract can do that
- can still have multipe wallets
- main one is ragequittable
- shamans!
- onboarder with automatic splits
- quadratic - look out for sybil
- Christina is gonna look for research on inactivity and governance
- money was put it for it to be given away
- what's the goal
- activate smaller share holders cuz they have more voice
- less centralization of power
- ragequit should always be available
- was it a mistake to not give out loot for eth from the beginning?
- can we use a shamman?
- will take a year to figure out
- next steps: more forum discussion
- can we get more funds in the DAO
