### What was the goal for your community in participating or attending the event?
- believe in the power of being in the same physical space and facilitating interpersonal relationships
- that's hard in crypto - global communities
- hacker houses serve this
- hacker houses have residents and visitors
- strengthen the community
- want good projects coming out of it
- vet and curate hackers
- seen successes in projects
- want a fun time to help make the community sustainable
- orient around and talk about

### Did you reach, or exceed, that goal?
- beyond the goals
- really enjoyed themselves
- made friends

### What were the most impactful experiences your attendees shared about the event?
- team dinners together (sharing meals are big!)
- crashed a wedding near their hotel
- hang out a lot together
- learn so much about Indian culture

### What were the key components that made those impactful experiences occur?
- like each other
- there for the same thing
- build out great projects
- agree on how to spend the time
- it's about the people
- not necessarily about the event

### What inspired you to approach MetaCartel for a grant?
- Rebecca has known Yalor since MCON in 2020
- also contributed to Tally
- Yalor told her about ETHos pod and agreed notfellows in EthIndia is perfect

### What was the impact of the MetaCartel grant given?
- wouldn't have been able to do it without the grant
- these events are harder to get grants for, especially in the bear

### What was the top outcome in your experience of bringing this event together IRL?
- hack all night
- talk about ideas
- talk about life
- doesn't happen virtually
- winning projects
