goal:
- help community managers uderstand what's really happening in a comunity so they can make better decisions

Web3 is about community and collaboration but we don't want to just grow for the sake of scale. it's important to attract the best people for the community

there's a constant feedback loop from individuals out to the ecosystem and back.

did community health checks for 8 different communities by looking at data from their discord.

was a manual process.

working to automate the process so community managers can install a bot that gives them monthly metrics.

will be adding more platforms beyond discord

Check out the Health Dashboard with thinngs like belief, belonging and decentralization of the humans.

ability to participate in conversation and aquire information is power - if you're active in many conversations then you can direct the organization

The small world ratio

first was looking at decentralization, then looked at influence, but went back to decentralization

too many interconnections is like fragmentation and modularity
