- Player properties {health, shield}
- Enemy properties {kind, dmg, speed, flying/ground, attack properties, health, armor}
- Line of sight and line of fire
- Terrain
- Utility and tools: ziplines, shield, bug repellent, C4
- Macro game factors {wave timings, team objectives}
- Why do said factors influence decision, and to what extent?

Assumptions:
