We have to show something anyhow so here it is

# The Board Broker

Why do we name it that? Because we all are bored by the current real estate workings.

It is a revolutionary project for the Real Estate World.
It will change everything from having property dealings in Stamp Paper to mortgaging properties at very high rates.

Here are the 4 major aspects of Bored Broker
1. Country-Specific Blockchain
2. Real Estate Marketplace
3. Decentralised Mortgages
4. Rental Agreements on Contracts

## Country Specific Blockchain
This is the most important aspect of the project, having Blockchains that are customized according to the regulation of each country.
How are we going to achieve that? The answer is by using Polygon Supernets, we will be building separate supernets for every country which will have subnets for their different states.

Having the supernet online, we have different smart contracts for different types of real estate which will be managed by the government officials using deployer contract.

And at last, when we will have the property listed on the Blockchain it will automatically show up on the government portals for different types of transactions on a Marketplace.

## Real Estate Marketplace
Here we will deal with Real Estate in the country on a simple but secure Web App.

The user will signup by providing their official documents which will be secured by Zero-Knowledge Proof to maintain the user privacy.
After signing up there will be three options available to the user=>
1. Buy or Sell the properties.
2. Rent out the properties or search for one.
3. Mortgage their property through a Decentralised Bank.

## Rental Agreements
Many of us have faced issues with the Landlords during the time we rent their property but there were no clear solutions to those problems and therefore no action was taken.
But signing an agreement on a piece of paper and on a smart contract are two different things.
Leveraging the rigidity of smart contracts, the agreements will be a bond that cannot be broken in any aspect.
Both Landowners and Tenants will have the ability to report and resolve the issue.

And being in a code format, agreements will be more secure. They will always be on the chain and will be proof for future events.

## Decentralised Mortgages
Mortgages are one of the main use cases of Real Estate property for many people. But high-interest rates imposed by the centralized banks made it difficult for the owners to put their property as collateral.
This problem will be solved by the decentralized bank in the ecosystem which will be providing the owners with funds at low ROI, and more returns to the investors.

The owners who will be unable to pay their mortgages will have no rights on their property and it will be auctioned on the Marketplace.

## Building in Progress
So yeah, this is what we have thought of yet and what we are building.
