老師們要為課程設定 Meet 的會議，有2種做法：

  1. 直接在 Google 日曆中設定會議週期
  2. 透過 Meet 發起會議，並選擇預先建立會議

以下說明第 1 種做法。

Step1 確認課程相關資訊

參考本校行事曆，110學年第1學期

  • 開學日期： 110/09/13
  • 期末日期： 111/01/16

根據教師篇得知老師的課程資訊，假設內容如下

  • 課號：9008
  • 課名：Scripting 程式語言
  • 時間：每周一的 10-12 節(18:10-20:35)

Step2 登入本校的Google帳號

請按下右上角的使用者圖示，確認目前帳號的網域為 gm.ncut.edu.tw

提示： 本校 Google Meet 為「Google Workspace for Education Fundamentals」，每場 Google Meet 會議室參與人數為100人，使用時間可達 300 個小時。

若使用個人的 gmail 帳號建立 Meet 會議，則連線時間僅有 1 小時，系統會在 55 分時通知所有使用者即將斷線。

1.點選不重複右側的箭頭 2.點選自訂

自訂週期預設為每週一次通常符合課程的需求，所以無需變更，結束時間選擇學期結束的那一天 2022/1/16

Step4.4 設定課程時間

將全天的勾(√)拿掉，並改變上方的起訖時間稍稍大於課程的起訖時間

Step4.5 新增 Google Meet 視訊會議

此步驟是在日曆中的上課時間，增加視訊會議連結

1.按下新增視訊會議 2.產生課程專屬會議代碼

Step4.6 記錄會議代碼後儲存

複製會議資訊後，按儲存後離開

Step5 刪除不需要的日期

如遇到中秋節或國慶日彈性放假等無需上課的日期，可手動刪除該日項目。

Step6 將會議連結轉為 QR Code

此步驟可利用免費的線上服務，將會議連結轉為 QR Code，方便學生以手機掃描登入線上課程。

請打開 Chrome 瀏覽器，並在【網址列/搜尋列】貼上前一步驟得到的會議連結： https://meet.google.com/oui-xbae-edr

  1. 公告文字可參考輸入如下：

1. 因應Covid-19疫情，110學年第1學期如期於 9/13 開學，
並採行遠距教學方式，本課程遠距授課方式採用 Google Meet，
請同學至「數位學習平台／個人區／我的設定／電子信箱」
確認個人聯絡資訊，以利老師聯繫。

2. 請本班同學自行申請Google帳號，上課時
加入 Google Meet 線上會議參加課程。

3. 課程教材：Python程式設計的樂趣

4. 線上課程的會議連結如下：

  1. 超連結的處理方式

若文字檔中包含了連到其他網址的連結，像是上面的【教材】、【會議連結】與【Line課程群組】，該如何處理呢？ 以下以會議連結進行示範說明：

  • 以滑鼠拖曳選取線上課程的會議連結：https://meet.google.com/oui-xbae-edr，按下Ctrl+C 複製網址，再點選上方的插入超連結圖示

  • 在 URL 下方的欄位按下 Ctrl+V 貼上網址

  • 點選上方目標頁籤，調整目標為新窗口(_blank)

  • 最後按下確定離開，就變成超連結了

  1. 圖片的處理方式

若要顯示 QR Code 圖片於文章中，該如何處理呢？ 以下以Step 5生成的 QR Code 進行示範說明：

  • 假設您已取得Step 5.2複製的 QR Code 圖片連結(範例:https://i.imgur.com/18t7Zdm.png)，請點選上方的插入影像圖示

  • 在 URL 欄位中貼上 QR Code 圖片連結，接著調整寬度或高度大小，並於預覽中確認圖片與文字為適當大小比例

  • 點選上方目標頁籤，調整目標為新窗口(_blank)

  • 最後按下確定離開，圖像即顯示在文章中

Step8 寄送信件

此步驟老師們必須在數位學習平台，進入【辦公室】的人員管理項下的【寄信與點名】，寄送信件。

Step8.1 進入辦公室

於右上角點選「辦公室」進入

如圖按下進入人員管理中的【寄信與點名】，按下開始挑選

Step8.3 確認收件人員為全班

選擇對象為全部，並確認底下篩選結果全班學生都有勾選(預設全選)

Step8.4 寄送通知編輯

  1. 通知文字可參考輸入如下：
標題：ncut-課號課程名稱(規定命名)
例如：ncut-9008Scripting 程式語言

Step9 進入遠距教學會議

老師們只要將所有課程的會議連結記錄好，例如下表，便可以點選連結或在網址列貼上連結，便可快速進入遠距教學會議。

3. webcam 畫面鏡像外掛(免費)

若遇到「鏡頭左右顛倒」的情形，可安裝 Google Meet 的鏡像模式外掛，將會議中的所有影像「鏡像翻轉」成正常的畫面。
