# SBC Stan Connect - Stage Notes
## General notes:
- When you are on stage and the session is on, you are visible!
- "Hide yourself from stage"
- You can (hopefully) turn-off other people's mic/cam
- If no questions from audience, start Q&A with a simple question (that can be _answered quickly_)
## Before starting:
- Need to test Arman's and Andrew's connection, give instructions
- Share a link to tutorial materials + setup:
> To make your experience of the tutorial smooth, you can run source("https://raw.githubusercontent.com/martinmodrak/tutorial-sbc-stanconnect2021/main/setup_script.R") in your R console (makes sure everything needed is installed and pre-compiles Stan models)
> All tutorial materials are available at https://www.martinmodrak.cz/post/2021-sbc_tutorial/
> Visit one of the "Resolving Stan Problems" tables if you are having issues.
> The tutorial will start after the 1st session at 10:10 EST.
