# Maybury Community Rules

## Information
- This documents outlines all rules made by the Moderation team. The following rules were created to ensure we have a safe and enjoyable communtiy. Failure to abide by the rules will result in punishment, however you may choose not to agree with them and submit a suggestion to the moderation team.
- Rule enforcers have the right to use any punishment method to enforce rules if they disagree with behavior upon breaking a rule.

## Appealing a moderation action
If you disagree to a moderation action you may appeal the action, this included, Warninings, kicks and bans. A moderator may make a moderation action non-appeal upon user descretion. If you wish to appeal a moderation action. **Temporarily Disabled**

## Roblox Terms of Service
- Upon playing our game you agree to follow the roblox [ToS](https://en.help.roblox.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004647846-Roblox-Terms-of-Use). Failure to follow ToS will result in immediate moderation action without appeal. Major violations will result in a temporary or permanent ban, following so moderators will report your account.

## Exploting and glitching
- Section 1: No player(s) can use any game cheats or alternate walk speed, health, crosshair movements, recoil, or any other form of alternating to gaim advantage of other players.
- Section 1a: Players may not use alternating on other players to help them gain advantages even upon request or their consent.
- Section 2: No player(s) are allowed to advertise, boost, attempt or commit the act of glitching. Upon advertising a glitch you must only advertise it to a moderator but not limited to a developer.
- Section 2a: Players are not allowed to intentionally cause a glitch which is not created by them, yet is not punishable if uncontrollable.

## Avoding arrest
- Section 1: Players are not allowed to intentionally disconnect from the game to avoid getting arrested. Following onto this players may not leave to avoid detainment and rejoin.
- Section 2: Players are not allowed to intentionally reset or die to avoid arrest or avoid detainment in attempt to escape a scene but not limited to running.
- Section 3: Players may not use game mechanics to avoid arrest. Violating this rule will also violate Abusing game mechanics: Section 1

## Abusing game mechanics
-Section 1: Intentionally misusing game mechaincs is strictly prohibited. Using alternate acounts to double anything including,vehicles, guns, money, etc.

## Playing load and/or inapropriate audio
-Section 1: Player(s) are not allowed to play music with a volume over 2.5(roblox volume) or boosted music to increase music or make it annoying to other users.
-Section 2: Player(s) are not allowed to play any inapropiate audio this includes any music with swearing or content not safe for work.# Maybury Community Rules
