Communications (ie. emails, texts, push notifications) 1. Referral system & incentives (i.e. free rides for app shares, etc.) 1. Single-player mode features (i.e. supply-side focused features that deliver value to drivers regardless of passengers involved) * Demand prediction * Driver concentration 1.
