## What went well
- strudel as always
- amosphere

- both runs started on time
- build tents in the evening

## What went wrong
- poeple tresspassing our tents
- move tent furter to the green field making space for runners
- lacy not facilitating event
- loss of eko-pohare
- t-shirts not selling
- need table for t-shirts sales
- someone destroyed our trail
- baseball bat
- start number manufacture
- takes too long to make
- ugly
- clearly mark organizers (reflex vests)
- many people asked my parrents (in reflex vests) for instructions
- chaotic winners awards (kids on grass, adults below arch)
- chaotic taking photos of winners (everyone taking pics across each other)
