###### tags: `admin` # Meeting Times Let's consider changes to the current weekly schedule based on recent discussions around having enough time for technical discussions, and potentially enabling more folks to participate. Options for consideration: 1. Keep the weekly time but extend the meeting to: - The first 45 minutes can be about anything. - From 20:45 UTC we switch to discussing PRs. - PR discussion is capped at 21:30 UTC. 2. Keep the weekly time, and the freeform schedule, but: - The first meeting of each month is dedicated to PR discussion. - Folks who only want to hear about PRs can aim to join this meeting - Folks who's PR topics didn't get enough time in the previous month know they can join this meeting to catch up to them 3. Alternate the weekly time: - Every 2nd and 4th week make the meeting time earlier/later to enable folks from Asia to participate - Earlier, e.g. 1:00PM UTC would lose the US west coast, keep Europe, add India - Later, e.g. a:00AM UTC, would lose Europe, keep US west coast, add Korea 4. A combination of option 3 and options 1 or 2 is also possible. (5. Biweekly triage meeting?)
