Office of the Central Authority

**Mandate enacted on 13-01-2023.**

The person(s) on the following blacklist are permanently barred from holding any of the following positions within the State of Mayflower;

- Public Office, through election, appointment or any other official avenue.
- Employement within a department, or an organisation recognized by the Department of State.
- Any position within Moderation, Development, Immigration & Custom Forces or any other Central Authority controlled organisation.

Blacklisted person(s) are also barred from;

- Hold citizenship within the State of Mayflower.
- Own any organisation actively interacting with the State of Mayflower government.

Requirements to be blacklisted;

- Be admitted to this blacklist by a member of the Central Authority.
- Have demonstrated a significant level of incompetence or risk to the state.
