# Skill system The goal of this is to create a simple yet effective rather than an intricate and complex system to balance everyone into preferring to have the proper person do a task (MDs doing surgery, Engineers building stuff, Seccies chasing down/detaining criminals). Upon creating this list, I noticed I could easily replace what TG is doing with skillchips with master level skills. I don't know how balanced this would be, but do keep in mind that unless you start out on the level below master, you're likely not going to get to it in a normal round.
