The proposed event is estimated to be 3-4 hours long, where participants will be updating OSM data in their assigned areas, collecting imagery, including socialization. To mal the most of our time on site, we proposed to conduct the pre-event workshops and general briefing online, rather than in-situ. According to the meeting participants, ideally, invitation letters are sent to the clubs, along with the program of activities, to allow the club time to inform their respective administrative offices and participate, and/or get parental consent for them to participate "officially." This process may take at least a week. Based on yesterday's participants' response, there are no YM members below 18 years old, so in case participants don't receive formal permission from their university, they *may* still be able participate as **individuals, rather than club/org reps**. According to Feye, the YM protocol is ti formally invite the club to participate officially. Entrance fee required. * A2 + A3 * B1 + B2 * B3 * C2 * C3 * D2 + D3 The activity will be in Intramuros, and based on the above atlas, and assuming an optimal number of 4 pax per cell, and 7 cells, then the optimal number is 28 pax. We expect the two closest clubs (Adamson, FEU Tech) to be the main source of participants. We hope to determine more practical venues for other clubs for future events. The Adamson rep asked if a weekday event is possible, but also expressed their preference for a Sunday event. There were no objection or other reactions from the rest of the participants. :::info :point_right: Maybe 10th Mar, Sun for the event? ::: One of the reps asked whether they are expected to be knowledgeable with all the tools listed in the pre-workshop event, and I said "no." Basic OSM knowledge is welcome, but that's the point of holding pre-event workshops, to get the participants up to speed. Everyone agreed to consult with their club members/advisers and provide feedback no later than the 21st.
