## General Tips
### Dealing with a corpse rush when alone/lonely in medbay

Identify which ones have formaldehyde, which ones don't, start here.
Try to formaldehyde as many bodies as possible to safe pain later, extra epis from first aid kits can help here.
Find those with still functioning hearts and bring them to stasis first.
You only need a body for them to have below 180 brute and 180 burn for them to be defibbed.
Toxins/suffocation damaged people can be defibbed first with little to no effort, so get them up and give them pent/salbu/whatever.
People with no broken (only damaged) organs are next, just get them to the minimum defib range, pick them up, then either treat the remaining brute/burn with sutures/meshes or chems.
Past that, people with only a non-functional heart can get a bypass, wounds tended, then defibbed, and past that people with more fucked up organs or major wounds get revived last
Upgraded tools, a good supply of chemicals, and a few people to help revive can be of great help, too.
If there's a massive amount of dead people then there's probably a major event or shuttle call on the horizon so don't be afraid to bust out all the medkits from storage
Don't be afraid to ask for help or order around people loitering in the treatment center. Fully treated people, get them out ASAP so you can focus and not be mobbed by people on bad intents.
### Necrotic Revival

Did you know there is single surgery capable of curing nearly anything? Brute damage, burn damage, brain damage, minor brain trauma, permanent brain trauma, death, etc? Well do I have a horrible crime against man and nature for you!
Unfortunately this procedure is not always available. You will need alien surgeries, most reliably available from lavaland.
1. Acquire rezadone. Easiest way to do this in my opinion is to buy exotic meat from cargo until you get carp meat to grind for carpotoxin. Alternatively, upgraded medborgs have rezadone hyposprays. I am not entirely sure if the rezadone will work in hypospray form
2. Ensure the patient is no longer alive. Patient must be dead for this to work, both for the surgery to function and to serve as a loophole to the Hippocratic oath
3. Cuff the patient (For your own safety of course!)
4. Begin necrotic revival surgery
5. Inject rezadone at the step that calls for it
6. Sit back and wait
Congratulations! The patient is now alive​~~?~~ again!
Now what? Well just do organ manipulation and you can remove the romerol tumor to turn your test subject back into a living person with those pesky rights. You can now use the removed tumor to implant back into other patients to have them come back to life.
Coming back to life as a zombie cures numerous issues, including paraplegics legs! So what are you waiting for? It’s not a war crime*, try it today!

## Chemistry
### AR-1 mix

Anti-radiation mix
20% Seiver
80% Potassium Iodide
Temperature 50K and below
Use in IV drip on low-setting (alt+click the drip).
Patient must be free from other reagents in bloodstream.
Treats radiation very quickly (removes 10% of current rads +45). Deals minor heart damage (25 damage for 3000 rads healed).
For comparison: potassium iodide removes 8 rads per cycle, pentetic acid removes (rads - 500)\*2% per cycle.
Mixing:
\[10\] Aluminum, Nitrogen, Potassium
\[-10\]
\[20\] Potassium, Potassium, Iodine, Iodine.
Set heater to 0K, cool to 50K.
Put into IV bag, label using pen (optional).
### AT-1 mix

Anti-toxin mix
20% Seiver
80% Potassium Iodide
Temperature 1000K+
Use in IV drip on low-setting (alt+click the drip).
Patient must be free from other reagents in bloodstream.
Heals 4 tox/cycle at 1000K, 5 tox/cycle at 1400K (use welder to heat beaker above 1000K). Deals 1 heart damage for each 5 tox damage healed.
Potassium Iodide is just a filler, you can replace 20% of it with pentetic acid, but pentetic acid must be last reagent in the beaker (at the bottom of the list). It will give you additional 2 tox/cycle healing.
Mixing:
\[10\] Aluminum, Nitrogen, Potassium

\[20\] Potassium, Potassium, Iodine, Iodine.
Heat to 1000K. Hit 8 times with welder to heat to 1400K
Put into IV bag, label using pen (optional).
### Pentetic Acid mixing

\[5\] welding fuel, hydrogen, carbon
\[5\] hydrogen, hydrogen, hydrogen, nitrogen
\[-10\] (you are left with 10 oil, 10 ammonia)
\[10\] oxygen
set heater to 1000, cook until ready, you will have 30 cyanide
\[10\] ethanol
\[10\] oxygen
\[10\] silver (make silver pills beforehand since silver was removed from machine)
cook until ready, you will have 30 formaldehyde
make 2 pills (15 cyanide, 15 formaldehyde each)
record recipe
\[5\] hydrogen, hydrogen, hydrogen, nitrogen
\[15\] welding fuel, chlorine, sodium
apply recipe
dissolve previously made pill, you'll get 90u of pentetic acid
make green-white pills of 10u or 30u bottles
## Viruses

Stats: 8 Speed, 8 Transmission, -4 Stealth, 0 Resistance
PROs: Threshold for speed and transmission met on Starlight condensation, heals even if a bit far away from windows to space, triple healing in space, contact transmitted, if replaced by tissue hydration the speed threshold is met as well
CONs: Cure sometimes is IRON wich makes bloodloss treatable with either salglu or a specific blood pack.
### Powergamer's Choice

Symptoms: V.E.A+Eternal Youth+Self-resp+Nocturnal Regen+ Neutered Fever/Itching/Headache + Neutered Shivering
Stats: 4 Stealth, 2 Resistance, 10 speed, -2 Transmission
PROs: Strongest healing of the two most common types of injuries, very robust and fast in darkness wich takes just breaking lightbulbs or going into maint, self respiration to not choke, a miner's most useful virus
CONs: Stealthy means it won't appear on medhuds, so doctors can't know who has or hasn't it, the situations in wich you can heal can put you at risk if you don't have nightvision of any type (or exposing you to the dangers of maintenance, like Nightmares), low Transmission means people won't have your virus unless they willingly take a pill and more than 60% of the crew is distrustful of viruses
### Leave the healing to Nanites

Symptoms: Nano Symbiosis+Self Respiration+V.E.A.+Eternal Youth+Neutered Headache+Viral Self Adaptation
Stats: 4 Stealth, 7 Speed, 9 Resistance, Transmission: -6
PROs: Self-Respiration meets the resistance threshold so it regenerates lost blood, making the most out of the best symptom in current virology since you won't need internals, won't suffer oxyloss damage at all, and won't breathe in knocking or toxin gasses like N2O, CO2 and Plasma. Speed threshold for nanite generation gets met so combined with good programs you can have healing at all times without worrying about running out of nanite fuel for every program.
CONs: Stealthy means you won't know who has or hasn't it, no healing on its own other than regenerating lost blood, entirely dependant on Nanites not being tampered with or being programmed by a competent Scientist to make use of it, requires an Uranium tier symptom wich means you won't be able to finish it until miners return with uranium for you to grind.
