## Naming

A Tree is an ecosystem. I propose modelling our tiers after a tree.

We flip the usual order and have the smallest tier coming first, because we're community-focused :-)

And calling the tiers:

Leaf, 🍃
Branch, 🌱
Trunk, 🌿
and Root. 🌲

## Options for sponsorship models

* Sponsorships are tiered and tier cost of sponsorship changes based on company size. For example, if IBM wants Leaf 🍃 tier and has 50k employees, they pay EUR 15k. If Small Consultancy has 30 employees and wants Leaf 🍃 tier, they pay 5k.
