## Problem statements
### Daniel
Lack of continuity in learning -- master many fields of knowledge, but don't see the link between topics. "Last time learn this in primary school but throw away already". Reasons: 1. syllabus 2. different stakeholders in education 3. learners rote learning.
Education system is not rewarding them for genuine learning.
Impacts -- people's attitude / character. Single mindedness. Affect innovation.
Open to convseration -- learning attitudes.
Objective based.
> The education system promotes objective based learning. This cultivates an environment where learners are only interested in learning what they deem is useful. This creates a closed-minded.
Perverted sense of identity
### Hosea
Different teachers teach different subjects, but no one evalutates the whole system end to end. Ideas are segregated by topics. Education is not about content, but about framing your mind -- e.g. context switching, scientific thinking. Education doesn't stop in school, in home.
Difference in child's learning way. Difference in teacher's teaching style.
No fixed teaching style, no way to evaluate teaching style.
> Education systems are not comprehensive
> The current way to evaluating teachers are subjective as there are no current key performance indicators. This leads to subjectivity.
