Discussed with @srihakum about the Zendesk connector. Followings are minutes of discussion
1. Proposed new object Group membership that will have Create, Retrieve and Delete Operations.

2. Wherever there is an array of multiple reference properties, we will use an array of string/integer
> @srihakum suggested checking if the same could be achieved by using reference many relations. PSL to confirm that, if not possible then PSL will use direct string input

3. Ticket retrieval based on user id, and attributes `requested, cced, followed`.
> @srihakum suggested checking whether the combination of all of them could be achieved via search API if so then we will use search API. @PSL to confirm on this if that can't be achieved, only one of those three attributes will be used during the retrieve by user_id

5. We confirmed that whenever there will be custom properties input with arbitrary keys name, we will use complex type with abstract data type
6. Catalog page will show following objects as most popular ones and remaining ones will appear through show more link
> * Tickets
> * Ticket Attachments
> * Users
