# Warrant Enforcement Bureau | Cadet Academy

Upon being accepted into the Bureau, all cadets must undergo trainings to learn the concept of a warrant, how to execute it, and different tactics to locate a warrant.

## Stage 1

Stage 1 of the Warrant Enforcement Academy will consist of cadets learning how to conduct a Search / Arrest Warrant and locating a warrant.

To begin, the Instructor of the stage will start to explain what is needed for a Search Warrant. They will spawn a PT Van and bring it in the garage. The Instructor will then begin to explain each step of executing a search warrant:

### Warrant Execution - EXAMPLE
Once the warrant has be caught, you should setup for a warrant execution in the WEB garage. You should grab a Prisoner Transport van and put it in the top right corner of the garage. The deputy should do "CLEAR ONE (username) to see what judge issued it and what vehicles are needed to be searched.

Once the setup is complete, the cadet should ask for their discord. If they fail to provide their discord, they must do one of the ideas listed below. If they do not complete any of the following, the cadet would then contact a moderator.

-Download Lightshot and send the link over Roblox chat
-Download Gyazo and send parts of the link over Roblox chat
-Email

The deputy will review the image to make sure it is not photo shopped and it is full screen. Then they will move off the spawn pad and begin searching vehicles. They're to record the vehicle description and the contents in the vehicle. The warrant should be cuffed each time they spawn a vehicle so they cannot access the trunk. Once all vehicles have been searched, the cadet needs to search the suspect and record any illegal items.

Once everything has been recorded, the cadet is to do "WARRANT username EXECUTED" in COUNTY-1 and then release / arrest them if they had anything illegal.

### Warrant Receipt

Once the warrant has concluded and the cadet has seen how to properly execute a Search Warrant, the Instructor will screen share / stream on how to properly fill out a warrant receipt.

**Fill Out the Following Items:**

- Judge's Username
- Deputy's Username
- Deputy's UserID
- Leave Attorney section BLANK
- Press ENTER under the Deputy's username to add assisting deputies
- The items seized in the Search Warrant
NOTE: You do not have to fill out the warrant's finding FOR THIS EXAMPLE ONLY

### Mock Warrant #1

The Mock Warrant section of this, will include having 1-2 WEB Instructors / Operators go in the Civilian Team and get in civilian clothing and drive around the county while WEB Cadets look for the "Search Warrant"

There will be 1 instructor in the Voice Channel AND in each vehicle cadet's operate, but they will not assist nor provide feedback to the cadet during the stage. The Instructor will be filling out a rubric which will judge the improvements the cadets needs to complete. This grade will not count towards anything, just to see where areas can be improved on.

It is suggested to the cadet that they constantly look at the Search Warrant's Profile for a clothing description, watch for vehicle changing etc.
#### Mock Warrant Rules

- The Instructor will go on Civlian Team
- The Search Warrant will not break traffic laws
- The Cadet may wear WEB Gear
- The Search Warrant must be constantly driving around the county not hiding
- No use of firearms
- Must be preformed in a 15 or less server *to prevent other depts getting involved*

*Instructors will give Cadet's their rubric back along with verbal feedback*
