# Warrant Enforcement Bureau | Cadet Academy
Upon being accepted into the Bureau, all cadets must undergo trainings to learn the concept of a warrant, how to execute it, and different tactics to locate a warrant.
## Stage 3
###
This final stage will contain an improved mock warrant and a full warrant execution.
To begin, the Instructors will get on the Civilian Team and drive in civilian vehicles around the county as one acts as the "Search Warrant". This time, the vehicle(s) that the cadet is operating will have one instructor to supervise and fill out the rubric. This time, the cadets are expected to make improvements based on their first mock warrant and the information learned in the Ride Along.
Once the Instructor begins, the cadet will attempt to capture the Search Warrant by going C2 around the county finding the warrant.
#### Mock Warrant Rules
- The Instructor will go on Civilian Vehicle
- The Search Warrant will not break traffic laws
- The Cadet may wear WEB Gear
- The Search Warrant must be constantly driving around the county not hiding
- No use of firearms
- Must be performed in a 15 or less server *to prevent other depts getting involved*
### Warrant Execution
After the Search Warrant has been caught, the cadet is required to properly execute the warrant with help from fellow cadets, not operators. They will not take anything from the vehicle, just record what is found. For this exercise, the suspect will have NO FOID and record everything that is found in the vehicle. Once all items have been recorded, the Warrant Receipt must be filled out and sent to the Instructor to review.
The score will be determined based on the rubric and the warrant receipt; if the cadet does not receive a 70% or higher on this stage, they will be removed.
