# Proposal for Liquidation Procedure of RAW DAO's Collection

## Context

This proposal is included in the context of RAW DAO's dissolution that can be followed in recently approved proposals.

## Proposal

1. Proceed with the liquidation of pieces currently held in RAW DAO's treasury through open listing in NFT marketplaces such as Opensea or Blur.io;
2. Do so by listing them at the existing floor and steadily decreasing prices until sales are made at the highest price possible;
3. Once the process is complete, distribute all proceeds and $PRINTS tokens on the vault to $RAW holders proportionate to their holdings.
