* accounts payable (subscriptions, payment for apps, taxes)
* splitter deployment & management
* discord management (roles, channels, bots)
* website management
* server maintenance (vercel, digitalocean)
* socials management (min. 30x twitter posts/mo + 4x instagram posts/mo)
* occasional development work
* proposal drafting
* governance enforcement (e.g. committee transition oversight)
* sourcing, ordering and fulfillment of merch for members
* password management
* interface with legal consultants
* bank account/exchange accounts management
