# **Intro**
RAW is a DAO conceived to act in NFT photography upon noticing the absence and the need of a curatorial organization in this newly developing space.
This document will specify the desired end-state of the organization and draft a plan to attempt to bring about this vision.
# **Vision**
**The vision statement is composed of core values, purpose and mission (or BHAG = big, hairy, audacious goal).**
**RAW’s vision is intimately aligned with Fingerprints and all future incubated organizations. The BHAG is what differentiates them.**
**Our Core Values and Beliefs:**
- **Innovation:** we believe in exploring new ideas, in understanding new concepts and in creating new things.
- **Collaboration:** we believe in collaborating with the best people, who think differently and who share our beliefs and our purpose.
- **Excellence:** we believe that to succeed, you must be striving for excellence in all things big and small. Speed and flexibility should balance the pursuit of excellence, but excellence within the constraints set by the organization is paramount.
- **Sustainability:** everything we do must be done in a way that aims to become sustainable. Collaborate with people sustainably by speaking the truth, being open minded and properly compensating good work. The organization should eventually generate enough profit to be financially stable, and to grow and thrive.
**Purpose:** RAW exists to advance culture through technology and collaboration.
**BHAG = Big, Hairy, Audacious Goal:** To become the largest collection of historically important and influential photography in the world by the end of this decade.
# **Strategic Plan**
The pillars necessary to drive the achievement of the organization's mission are:
1. **Value:** appreciation of RAW tokens.
2. **Community:** increase strength and size of member base (prominent members, prominent artists, prominent investors).
3. **Curation:** increase the relevance of the collection through appreciative and/or notorious acquisitions, promotion, education and stewardship.
4. **Brand:** promote the RAW brand and credibility, associating it with the best, most well-managed DAO, while bridging the gap to the traditional cultural space.
5. **Organization:** set the standard for top-notch management, planning and execution in the space.
