bursting with complexity and networks!

* of academic collaboration, all the organiztation and all the data sets

have all the organizations pop up of screen. there are a dozen or so, each with their own logo.

they have some pretty visuals they use. will send?

need a way to visualize sequencing. a simplified version. a visual metaphor. show movement geographically. have a family tree of virus and then after that overlay over a map.

here is the gorgeous journal cover made for us by Thought Café—it shows the Delta wave crashing onto the lighthouse (representing Ptown—the lighthouse is modeled on lighthouses in Ptown). you can see the SARS-CoV-2 viruses in the wave; the genomes are illuminated by the light from the lighthouse (the light represents genome sequencing)
