You can turn the metronome off by right clicking on the metronome icon with two fingers (next to the 1234 icon) and deselecting click while recording and click while playing <h3>Importing external audio into Logic Pro</h3> <p>Bringing in external audio into your Logic Pro project is as easy as dragging an audio file from your Desktop, into the timeline. Under &#39;Destination&#39;, check off an audio format: PCM and/or MP3. PCM (AIFF, WAV) will bounce a full quality file, while MP3 will bounce a slightly lower quality but more manageable file size.
