# Project Proposal for Chukki Talkies

## Scope of work

* A storyboard with a color scheme: depicting keyframes of the animation.
* A Line animation/Animatic, which would be inclusive of the keyframes and some in-between frames accompanied by sound.
* A 2D animated video with sound, in the style that has been finalized.

## Process

* **Ideation:** Storyboard to be approved by the client upon its completion. Any major **plot changes, changes in scene composition, sequence edits, changes in color palette, etc.** are to be mentioned at this stage.
* **Production phase 1:** The **sound** is to be provided by the client before this stage commences. Line animation/Animatic to be approved by the client upon its completion. **Timing** of each shot and the **sequence** are to be finalized at this stage.
* **Production phase 2:** Animated shots in sequence to be approved by the client on its completion. Inputs for **post production** are to be discussed at this stage.
* **Post production:** Final post production and **completion** of video.

## Out of scope

* Sound design/Sound editing.
* 3D animation/3D visualisation/Vector animation.
* Handover of raw project files.

## Deliverable

* 2 minute long 2D Animation - in an MP4 format.

## Timeline

* Project commencement: 4th week of July 2021
* Expected duration: 50 to 60 days
* Week 1-3: Ideation + Production phase 1
* Week 3-8: Production phase 2
* Week 8-9: Post production

## Payment

> **Total ~ Rs 60,000**
> **Due before Project commencement ~ Rs 10,000**
> **Due after Production phase 1 ~ Rs 20,000**
> **Due on Project completion ~ Rs 30,000**

## Handover
- The client shall receive creative rights to the final video after making the final payment. Animated video file in MP4 format will be shared thereafter.
