## Agenda - Whitepaper and Tokenomics Updates - Scrum based workflows with Jira - First donation cycle review ## Notes Starting work on whitepaper - primary target. Second target is tokenomics. We'll be working from the flow chart Cem has prepared and turning it into a tokenomics design. ### Github Project Management We will use github platform for organising tasks: https://littlefishes.atlassian.net Jacob Piotrowski will be assisting with organizing. He is a Scrum Master and Jira Admin. Cem will create a Project on github for the Whitepaper. ### First Donation Winner: Ozgur Akyar özgür won the donation voting and started with the project already. Most of the budget will be spend on Fences and Updates from Özgür will be available through LinkedIn. Yoram: Impact ledger is important to assess Ozgur's success. Ozgur has market conditions on his mind as he decides when to sell the donated ADA. ### Review of the First Cycle #### Conversion to Fiat in Market Turmoil Should we provide rules/guidelines on when donations should be converted to fiat? Especially in cases of market turmoil. Dan: We may also include in the proposal when they will be able to start spending the ADA. This will give some information about the volatility risk for the ADA we contribute. Some people may prefer to support projects that are ready to execute in the short term. Sebastian: Multi chain will add a lot of complexity especially if we want to use things like Arbitrum and Optimistic Rollups. Robert is a researcher working on Bonding Curves. Yoram will schedule a meeting for next week.
