Also Cagkan organised the miroboard and created an overview for the little fish organisation.

### Next steps - transitioning to a doing mode

Melanie: lets have a taskboard where people can just pick up tasks for littlefish
Simon: lets use github project boards
Cagkan: not everyone can use github effectively
Simon: we should learn it with time, we can also explore using taskade for tasklists and also make sure we do the actions from past meetings so tasks don't fall under the table.
Yoram: We should probably pick up more work, right now Cem and Cagkan are leading this project and we all, myself included, aren't adding too much.
Cagkan: It is hard to work in a decentralised manner as we do, we are not the only ones with this problem.

### Refining Proposal for Fund 8

- New members onboarding challenge

- Open source development ecosystem
- and development ecosystem challenges. We can build donation scripts + basic validation/reputation systems like Discord integrations.

- Nation building dapps - we dont need to be to technical, low competition. donations, direct community projects.

lets work on a proposal on wednesday during the meetup, we will follow up on that in the telegram chat.
