Create a repository for climate change impacts perceived by IP 2. Allow culturally sensitive and policy relevant interpretiation of the repository information 3. Create a pace to connect to other IP facing similar impacts 4. Disseminate the content and network of ICCION 5. Ensure IP rights and sovereignty in design of Opentek ### Roadmap **3rd release: 26th March 2021** *Finish pending LICCI stuff...* - [ ] **Important**: state the source of data for the territories map layer to avoid conflict. Discuss if we actually include it in the production version - [ ] 1st Partner data entry type still pending. continue pushing but with help from LICCI team: - Contact partners with complete and verified 1st CP - Finishing aspects of entry type - Importing data - [ ] 2nd Validation still can be refined, adding a filter so that editors easily detect unvalidated entries - [ ] 3rd Translations is done for Spanish but can be expanded with a page that people can fill in to translate the UI to minority language. Also need to translate to the 6 UN languages. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO KEEP DEVELOPING FOR ICCION (Arabic, Chinese, English, French, Spanish, Russian) - [ ] 4th Downloading entries is partialy done (json) but needs to be expanded to readable formats (csv and alike). Also expand to bulk download of lists of entries. - [ ] 5th Changing servers and platform domain (.eu): discussion we had that has not been solved. Need to talk to Enrich hub about servers to see what they use: two criteria, ethics and green powered. Problems with admin vs. benefits of changing. Also need to talk about a more appropriate domain tha .eu, maybe .org ? - [ ] 6th Adaptations: not there, need to see if still prioritize, maybe start with articles and really see what do we need, only list of adaptations? Link to impacts driving the adaptations? - [ ] 7th Article data entry type might expand to importing researcher datasets they send in a format we give to them. Also importing new articles and allow for external reviews.Listing it so that a user can easily see it. TO BE FURTHER DISCUSSED IN LICCI MEETING - [ ] 8th Affected species can be expanded to add link to iNaturalist for species identification - [ ] 9th Log-in from scistarter and iNaturalist **4th release: Workshop mediated** 1. Lables and notices : testing with ENRICH hub (Ramin will experiment). Ask Maui and Jane if we can add TK notices to local observations,articles, partner data, even if we do not follwo up with lables 2. Privacy policy: update considering CARE/data statements 3. Privacy option for LICCI: social interaction: to facilitate having more entry point in map, drafts are only for authors (done) and then create choice: all public, only mateadata is public, nothing is public. 4. Goup users: Create a user type (actor) that is for organizations, without personal profile but more organization details, update group, group projects. 5. Authetifications: authenticate a group user that can itself authinticate idividual users 6. Social networking features: following users, commenting entries, notifications messaging **Future** - GEO data features - Classifications: need more dicussion: their interpretation, not ours, to translate raw observation into policy language is their task and we shouldn’t interfere. Using permissions so that interpretation can be done by others. Maybe no need to develop classifications and just focus on Opentek being a clean and clear repository of raw information. Proposal: have it in header bar, together with log-in button (dissapears in XS), after LICCI logo, allways present even if list vew and not map view #### Validation - [ ] :bug:PB: nice review system but it didn't allow me accept the entry (dd), just to correct the title. #### Languages - [ ] :rainbow:PB: typo in language changing message, it says "the draft is in spanish, sure you want to change it to SPANISH" it should say "ENGLISH" ![](https://i.imgur.com/M27DHU9.png) But nice that it actually know that the draft was in spanish and I had in the menwhile changes the language to english - [ ] :rainbow:PB: still missing some messages translations to spanish like "entry submitted" or "Entry saved. Your entry is saved in the browser until you submit or cancel the creation.""Aiaiai. Nonono" LOL - [ ] :rainbow:PB: Detected some translation mistake, like the word "missing" (as in xx value is missing), should be "falta xx value" not "xx value desaparecido". Maybe worth doing a final check at all the translated text #### Local observation - [ ] :bug: PB: Driver bug still happening. PB: when I add several drivers, if then I delete one they all disapear from list although it seems like the other ones are still there but not displayed Ra: Yepp this is a bug from the ui-library.
