Death Saves
-----------
Roll 1d10+BOD vs DV10, crit fails and crit successes apply.
Interface Skill
---------------
The interface skill uses stats with the role rank. WILL is used for Backdoor, Control, Slide, and Virus. INT is used for Scanner, Cloak, EyeDee, and Pathfinder. DVs are increased by 5 for the most part. How well you can deal with the interaction between meat and net matters a lot more than just your stats. I’m aware that the Netrunner stat templates do not favor WILL and INT. A lot of practical netrunning is getting to jack in.
Complementary Skills
--------------------
The bonus modifier from related skills can give you a much wider skill profile as long as you choose tactically. This is good and should be used often. However, let’s expand it. You can gain a +1 by applying related skills passively. The related skill needs to use the same stat and be at least level 4 (a.k.a. You can make a DV10 without your stat). On the other hand, to apply a bonus actively, you first make another skill check with the related skill. If someone passes an appropriate difficult check (DV 13/15/17), you get a +2.
