# Business Rules

* A submitter cannot change any information related to the submission request during the approval process.
* Submitter can only cancel the submission request while his/her submission request is waiting for review.
* If the submission request is rejected, the submitter has to fix the issues and make a new submission request.
* Even if the submission request has been approved, the submitted product will not be publicly listed on the marketplace because only the marketplace moderator has the final decision of publishing the submitted product or not.
* A submission can only be evaluated by a company worker.
* Once a submission is approved is up to a company worker to add it to the company's marketplace.

* The submitted product must pass three phases in order to be approved.
* Asset screening phase, wich consists of:
* reviewing the icons.
* reviewing marketing assets quality.
* checking for inapropriate content.

* Security screening phase.
* reviewing requested access scopes.

* validation of app endpoints.
* checking for malformed URLs and unresponsiveness to HTTP requests.
