### Meeting Notes

- The process can be more clean, and the information about the current step should be easily accessed.
- The current app submission process is 100% manual, but some steps can be automated, like security checks.
- Give the developers a good user experience in the app-submission process
- The team should start by investigating workflows and management processes (do not build a workflow manager from scratch)
- The final word in the publishing of an app has to be human-made
- Future meetings with talkdesk representatives are to be done at talkdesk Porto office
