It was also decided that only a few will in fact talk with the client, so we will gather all questions from the team beforehand. ### Communication with the teacher It was decided that we are going to create a channel with the teacher strictly for questions and getting feedback from deliverables and other work. However, the main channel "team-a" is the priority when any element faces a question. The "Feedback Channel" will only be used after the subject is discussed in the main channel. ### Development and Implementation Planning As discussed with the teacher before, we should start planning our development, mainly in terms of use cases and userstories, because we have already defined the roles for each member. Since the MVP is finished, we decided to divide ourselves among the three cornerstones: - Submission: Amr and Christopher - Workflow Creation and Custimozation: Ricardo, Diogo and Simão - Workflow Maintenance: Pedro and Luis For each one of these cornerstones, the purpose is to draw the use case diagrams and create the user stories (at least the most relevant ones at this stage), in order to present to the team for discussion and then to the client. Since Filipa and João are assigned to build the company's website, we decided not to include them is the task division, but they are still going to discuss with the rest about the user stories created and give their input. Teresa is also assigned to start working on the mock-ups, so we have a visual representation of our application.
