#### Developers' Side

- User page about the developer, where the developer can check which apps it has already submitted and their status.
- Form page where the developer submits the app's full information, divided by steps:
- **First step** with general information, such as the icon, name, description and screenshots/videos. These can be automatically verified
- **Second step** with the actual app submission. Some automatic verifications can be done, like running some security check external tools.
- **Third step** with the final decision for the marketplace owners, as they do have the final say in the submission process.

#### Talkdesk's Side

- Dashboard page with all the instances of the workflow (i.e. all submitted apps).
- Submission review pages, where the talkdesk's workers decide whether an app should enter their marketplace or not.

### Decide possible add-ons to the MVP

#### Talkdesk's Side

- Statistics page, highlighting the important numbers, like the number of apps submitted.
- Error percentage of each of the submission processes. This can give important feedback on how clear is each step of the submission process.
- Notifications for talkdesk's workers, targeting different roles within the company, informing about the current status or what needs to be done next.
