# 2nd Client Meeting ###### tags: `ClientMeeting` `MVP` `Ideation` **Date:** 19/03/2020, 17h00m **Location:** None (Web-meeting) **From Talkdesk** - Inês Oliveira - João Pinho - Pedro Rocha **Participants** - Amr Abd Alrahman (MIEIC) - Diogo Teixeira (MIEIC) - Olavo Silva (MIEIC) - Pedro Lopes (MIEIC) - David Soares (MM) - Maria Leite (MM) ## Topics - Presentation about the work developed (See use cases and user stories document). - Talkdesk gave us feedback related to the work done so far: - Don't take into account the post marketplace state of the submissions (remove the respective user stories and use cases). - Don't allow for any runtime editing, that is, allow the submitter to edit the submission while the process on it is still running. In the case that the submitter wants to change something, the solution will be cancelling the current submission and creating a new one with the new corrected fields. - As for the notification the Talkdesk worker receives when a new submission is created: They asked for it to be a Slack notification (low priority task). - The only role needed for their side of the application is the Marketplace Moderator. They also suggested to only implement groups of notifications at the end, in case we have time left (low priority). - To make our job easy, they told us to make the authentication using Google API, since it is the one they use. - They suggested us to develop the user journey and wireframes, in order to understand the application flow and ease the feedback. - Questions regarding some of the functionalities to clarify their scope. - Discussion regarding the technology we think its the best: - They asked for us to send the information about Flowable, and the reasons why we think we should use it, in order for them to investigate and approve it.
