The Product vision was completed yesterday, but it happened we only delivered it Yesterday. The Prototype isn't even completed, in fact it is not done at all. We are waiting for mockups and trying to figure out a solution for this issue. - We talked a little bit about development, these were the conclusions: we have 3 "2-week-sprints" and then 1 "1-week-sprint", because we have 7 weeks total. Then we would have a client meeting at the end of each sprint to present the work done, and plan the next sprint.
