--- tags: Persona author: Henning --- # Lars (super hacker) Lars is a fully socially functional programmer who is sometimes mocked by his colleagues because he can remember names and faces. He works in a blockchain-enhanced insurance start-up where he is the first programmer employee and enjoys some special rights for it. ![](https://i.imgur.com/BcZo6Hg.jpg) Lars thinks he is the smartest cookie on the block, though he really isn’t, he is just not smart enough to get it. When doubts creep up on him, he is sure it is imposter syndrome and aggressively fights off any suggestions he might want to double check some of his decisions. He takes nootropics to improve himself, which make him feel even faster and more special while he comes across as slow and sedated to people around him. What he lacks in productivity he makes up in fixing his own errors very publicly, so every middle manager loves him. He is slated to move up to vice president and acting CTO in the little insurance startup he works in. ## Skills and responsibilities - Full Stack Programmer - Best programmer of his start-up, and, potential, the world really. It feels like it. ## Typical uses of Lexon Hub 1. His boss learnt about Lexon on a job fair where he looked for replacement for Lars and thought it would be an awesome selling point to have human-readable smart contracts to offer to prospect customers. So he sent Lars to check out Lexon, and Lars turned to the Lexon Hub to learn and kick some tyres. 1. Lars is then tasked to create a prototype to get a feel for whether Lexon is of any help for the insurance product his company works on. 2. Lars gets some ideas on his own from using the Lexon hub and starts exploring what NFT contracts he can wiz up. 3. Lars puts and NFT contract together and starts monetizing it to other people. He writes instructions and an article about it. 4. His boss likes what Lars shows him and asks Lars to hold an in- house workshop about Lexon, so Lars starts looking for material for that at the Hub. ## Goals and motivations - It makes me shine at my company - I can finally do smart contracts without the hassle - It is fun and productive to use ## Pain points - If someone finds out how easy it is, to use the hub, I'll be fired. Or demoted. Or laughed about. - If the Lexon Hub gets a little better, it might put me out of a job. - I should actually found my own start up and focus on doing stuff with the Lexon Hub instead of leveraging all the good stuff for my boss. ## Discussion {%vimeo 549761895 %}
