- migrating the databases of slotfactory-website to laravel project. (10%)

- system/game/add page: game name list auto filter out the exist items. (done)
- Calculate Max Payout (done)
- Filter the gameNames when create system game. (done)
- System/game: take out Max Bet, Min Bet, Max Payout. (done)
- SB-81, partners status: filter out the `slotfactory` in licensee name list. (done)
