# This is a public note
----
## For the CoCos Project
----
### Colab via hackmd.io in an ELO
----
:bulb: Good idea? :+1: :-1:
----
We would need a CRUD-api, so we can easily edit and collaborate on notes.
----
Inside our ELO we would use LTIs to work together on notes.
----
Users would be able to edit the notes/books/slides from hackmd.io and the ELO, so the api should work in both ways.
----
1. Use it on public notes
2. Create a login-process so private and shared notes can also be used.
----
3. A top layer inside the ELO would be needed, so users can highlight easily which text is part of a paper and which part is part of a slide
*lorem ipsum dolor sit amet* = regular boring text
*lorem ipsum ----dolor sit amet----* = 4 dashes means add text to slide (*also possible to maybe hide it from the text, I'm just brainstorming here*).
----
This means we get away from a pure MD standard (:-1:) , but we add a very nice and easy to use functionality (:+1:), with which teachers and presenters only need 1 document for both their course-text and course-slides.
(PLUS, they get to work together with each other, ain't that nice).
----
4. and so on: also integration of other learning materials should be possible, like H5P and Pressbooks.
From inside your ELO, you could use hackmd to write your text and create your slides, make everything interactive with H5P, and selfpublish via Pressbooks.

:christmas_tree: It's like christmas :christmas_tree:

Bye!
