## 1. Administrative

### 1.1. Approval of the March 2022 meeting minutes

## 2. Main agenda

### 2.1. Support the development of Microcosms ([GL#7](https://gitlab.com/osmfoundation/lccwg/-/issues/7))
- There's a test version at https://mappingdc.org/microcosms for now.
- **Action Item:** Adam to talk to Brian to see what else needs to be done.

### 2.2. Develop/design local community website template/tool ([GL#13](https://gitlab.com/osmfoundation/lccwg/-/issues/13))
- No updates

### 2.3. Update the OSM website to highlight Local Chapters ([GL#14](https://gitlab.com/osmfoundation/lccwg/-/issues/14))
- Andy Allan had feedback; some bit of movement but progress is slow; maintainers are still working on how to integrate the changes to the website.

### 2.4. Moderation subcommittee updates
- Board approved assigning the moderators to osmf-talk & talk, including Allan Mustard. After 8 months evaluation at board level
- Other channels can opt-in
- Subcommittee work is basically done

### 2.5. Best practices around doing paid work for local chapters
- Board wants to regulate what kind of paid work is acceptable for Local Chapters
- This will only be included in the new Chapter agreements; existing Local Chapters do not need to update their agreements (it's opt in)
- Current status: internal document within the Board

### 2.6. SotM 2022 / LCC Congress
- SotM will be in Florence + online; August 19-21
- Joost submitted an application for a workshop on behalf of the LCCWG
- No word yet whether this has been accepted.
- Attendance?
- Anisa will attend of course. Joost and Eugene will probably go. Geoffrey is 50/50.

## 3. Other business

### 3.1. LCCWG Membership

- Besfort and Charles have now attended this month's meeting.
- **Previous action item:** Eugene to reach out on the OSM-community-building Telegram group and the local-chapters mailing list:
- No update
- **Action item:** Discuss on the chatgroup if the meeting time/date can be changed.

New stuff:
- Reach out!
- Start with a plan of new and fun things and use that to motivate people

### 3.2. Fundraising
- OSMF Fundraising Committee has started, but it's US members only for now. Main goal is funding the Foundation, but they also want to coordinate with others. See https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Fundraising_Committee
- OSM BE has started a corporate membership scheme last year and the chapter has now around 10k euros budget
- Help from local groups would be good (they might spot opportunities), but what is their return?
