Board updates c/o Arnalie * Arnalie wasn't present so this agenda item was mostly skipped. * OSM Belgium LC agreement will be "transferred" to a new entity * WG probably does not need to do anything at this time; just noted * Maggie met with the OSMF Fundraising committee because Kendall County, Illinois became an OSMF Corporate Member and bypassed OSM US; there should probably be a mechanism for greater coordination between OSMF and LCs. Potential for coordinated membership sign up. OSMF will also add a section on their membership page about Local Chapter corporate memberships. * Note: US, JP, UK, and BE have corporate membership * This can also include individual membership (or a link to the local chapters page to sign up) * To-do: Eugene draft an email request addressed to the Board for concrete suggestions * Board election in December: https://blog.openstreetmap.org/2023/09/01/osm-foundation-board-elections-2023/ * WG members to repeatedly publicise this blog post to networks ### 2.2.
