* OSM Belgium LC agreement will be "transferred" to a new entity
* WG probably does not need to do anything at this time; just noted
* Maggie met with the OSMF Fundraising committee because Kendall County, Illinois became an OSMF Corporate Member and bypassed OSM US; there should probably be a mechanism for greater coordination between OSMF and LCs. Potential for coordinated membership sign up. OSMF will also add a section on their membership page about Local Chapter corporate memberships.

* WG agrees in principle to review applications. Do we start with new applications or take on old applications?
* Maybe try start getting the OSM Gambia application unstuck by asking the Board for the status of this. (Windor-Essex application is too weird.) Eugene to email OSMF Secretary (Mikel) to ask about Gambia.

* This de-priortized, will tackle in next LCC Congress - ask people to prepare like what would be the benefits for the user groups, thats the word i was looking for, just to make everyone understand the diference this would makes for the local smaller user groups

* OSM US is also tackling "user groups" like SLC asking for grants
* Common agenda for Congresses:
* What other models are available (eg Wikimedia User Groups, YouthMappers)
* Benefits of LC and other models to be affiliated

### 2.4. LCC Congress 2022 + 2023
* Oceania SotM - already done
* LCC topics weren't really discussed, but OSMF governance topics were discussed
* Asia SotM - Arnalie is attending; governance panel
* Africa SotM - Geoffrey is attending; governance panel
* Europe SotM - Not sure who is attending; Joost/Jonathan might be too busy; confirm if Adam is attending
* Mapping USA (Jan 19) - Request Maggie to squeeze in topics for discussion
