## 1. Administrative

### 1.1. Approval of the Dec 2021 meeting minutes

## 2. Main agenda

### 2.1. Support the development of Microcosms ([GL#7](https://gitlab.com/osmfoundation/lccwg/-/issues/7))
- Brian submitted a talk for SotM US 2022
- Someone offered to help

### 2.2. Provide a tool for communities to welcome new mappers ([GL#8](https://gitlab.com/osmfoundation/lccwg/-/issues/8))
- A few new regions and translations were added
- Agreed to take this off the monthly agenda

### 2.3. Develop/design local community website template/tool ([GL#13](https://gitlab.com/osmfoundation/lccwg/-/issues/13))
- OSM US website development is TBD
- US-specific map style is currently in development
- OSM IT website has a mockup
- Includes local tools
- Has 2 map styles
- External collaboration with a local startup for website development

### 2.4. Update the OSM website to highlight Local Chapters ([GL#14](https://gitlab.com/osmfoundation/lccwg/-/issues/14))
- Still stuck waiting for feedback from the website maintainers

### 2.5. Moderation subcommittee updates
- Moderation Team has still not started yet because the Board is asking for more information/resume about the proposed members as well as other people who applied. Subcommittee has some pushback against this.

### 2.6. Best practices around doing paid work for local chapters
- No updates

### 2.7. Local Chapters and Communities Congress 2021 ([GL#10](https://gitlab.com/osmfoundation/lccwg/-/issues/10))
- Eugene will copy the notes from the Framapad/HackMD to the OSM Wiki
- Maggie finally editing it and will post on Vimeo THIS WEEK

## 3. Other business

### 3.1. LCCWG Membership
- Outreach to members who haven't joined in the last 3 meetings (Dec, Oct, Sept) & haven't RSVPed. Perhaps someone else from their community would like to join? Or we need a new meeting time? This includes: Patrick, Charles, Naveen, Nicolas, Rob, Besfort, Can
- People will reach out to other LCCWG members
- Outreach to members from unreprested regions/countries ([maybe from Congress attendance?](https://hackmd.io/6Pf5g0A1QXaYxsJthKQafg)
- Eugene to reach out on the OSM-community-building Telegram group and the local-chapters mailing list

### 3.2. SotM 2022 / LCC Congress
- Firenze put in a bid for SotM 2022 https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/State_of_the_Map_2022/Call_for_venues/Florence
- In case there will be an in-person SotM, LCCWG will push for a meetup/BoF of local chapters and communities
- LCCWG will still push for a virtual Congress later in the year
