# Punishment Guidelines When participating in our Roblox Experience, these are the experience rules you must follow and automatically agree to when participating in the experience. These rules must be followed at all times while participating within the ROBLOX experience, and inability to due such will result in punishment at the discretion of moderation or administration. ## 1. Abide by the New Life Rule - Any suspect being pursued, by law enforcement or any other public agency, shall be considered a new player if they die during that pursuit. - Any criminal charges brought about reasonably before or during that pursuit shall be considered void. Police officers who attempt to knowingly arrest people that have died shall be banned under this rule. **Punishments:** 12h Ban -> 24h Ban -> 48h Ban -> Indefinite Ban ## 2. Interfering With Player Spawn Interacting through game mechanics or roleplay with a player before they have logged in/respawned and began playing is not allowed. This includes but is not limited to damaging, arresting, or other such in game mechanics. Spawn killing, the act of repeatedly killing a player before they have moved (meaning given a reasonable opportunity to retaliate, escape, or respond) is likewise forbidden. **Punishments:** Kick -> 12h Ban -> 24h Ban -> 48h Ban -> Indefinite Ban ## 3. Abusing malfunctions/defects within the game for an unfair advantage Abusing malfunctions/defects (glitches & bugs) shall be defined as a subject that uses any malfunctions within the experience to their advantage unfairly. All glitches/bugs must be reported in our communication server whenever you encounter them. **Punishments:** Kick -> 12h Ban -> 24h Ban -> 48h Ban -> Indefinite Ban ## 4. Do not avoid arrest, combat, or any other of the game's function It is your responsibility to remain in-game while being processed by law enforcement, if you disconnect and a law enforcement officer (or the experience) fails to process your charge for any reason other than a choice decision by the officer and/or experience glitches out, you are still liable under this rule. **Punishments:** 12h Ban -> 24h Ban -> 48h Ban -> Indefinite Ban ## 5. Having an unfair advantage over other players This is defined as using any glitches/bugs, exploits, or anything to have an unfair over the other player. **Punishments:** 12h Ban -> 24h Ban -> 48h Ban -> Indefinite Ban ## 6. Metagaming To ensure fairness for both law enforcement and civilians, certain metagame aspects of Wright County must meet the following: Videos or other visual media, except when used as evidence for moderation, shall only be admissible if the recording began while the player is alive. (i.e. a video showing a player being killed, but recording starts after the victim has already died, would be inadmissible) Using any kind of game/development log for government reason. **Punishments:** Kick -> 12h Ban -> 24h Ban -> 48h Ban -> Indefinite Ban ## 7. Playing in a fair and responsible manner Wright County is not specifically a role-playing game, however in the context of the game, players are expected to act in a certain manner and Moderators may use their discretion to ban players who do not play fairly. - Using barriers to block entranceways or cars. - Shooting unarmed players or ruining scenes which players create for themselves (e.g. hostage situations) for no reason is frowned upon. - Abusing team mechnics (ex going rouge by abusing your items). - Interferring with City Council Session in anyway; - Mass dispensing items/tools to somebody that shouldn't have access to them; - Five items under a minute will get you banned from the experience; **Punishments:** Kick -> 12h Ban -> 24h Ban -> 48h Ban -> Indefinite Ban ## 8. Follow Roblox's Terms of Service & Community Guidelines This game follows Roblox's TOS and community guidelines closely. Failure to follow these will result in a permanent ban and can be appealed by case-by-case basis. --- All situations are different, and require different outcomes. If you have any questions, concerns, or feedback send them to a moderator or county trustee. The admissibility of evidence may be subject to review by the judiciary or mandate by the County Trustee.
