# Sprint Week Overview
The schedule below outlines participation timeframes for the Sprint Orientation and Sprint. For each module, there will be daily check-ins via Zoom, times will be posted in ET, and scheduled by the Module Leads for the module-based work. There will be two whole team check ins scheduled for Tuesday and Thursday and help from AGU staff is available for impromptu meetings. The check-ins will be aligned (as best as possible) per the Lead’s/SMEs’ time zones. The first check-in, early in the day, will be a chance for the Lead/SMEs to orient the work for the day and discuss tasks. The second check-in will allow the Lead to reconcile items in GitHub via Issues or Pull Requests and orient remaining items in the Google doc for the next day.
The module Slack channels will be for asynchronous communication during the daily sprints. The main lesson Slack channel will be used to synchronize with the overall lesson, modules and align on key questions/decisions.
