* Source contributors from each other for specific projects

* generally not normal to ask for money for a consultation upfront (especially from a referral)

# Referral Process
#### Overview
For now, we will start with a simple partnership. ShillShop and WGMI can refer reach other's services for 10% commission.

#### Process
1. Contact the appropriate DAO representative(s) via Discord direct message
* WGMI: addigator#3143, burnpile#1140, AND PMcCrann#2552
* ShillShop: launchninja#0127
2. Discuss the prospect / project with the representative(s) and identify who will be the account manager handling the consultation with the prospect. This is also the time to qualify the prospect and ensure they are the right fit for the service DAO.
3. The representative will create a group chat in Discord with the account manager and invite the prospect
4. The representative will introduce the prospect to the account manager
5. The account manager will begin the consultation process
#### Commission Details
Referral commission is 10% of all services sold over the course of 1 year. After 1 year (from the first payment date), the service DAO no longer owes commission to the referrer DAO.
Commission will be paid to the referrer DAO within 1 week of each client payment.

Payment is preferred in XDAI or WETH, but can be determined on a case by case basis.
It is up to the referrer DAO to distribute appropriate compensation to the individual who made the actual referral.
