--- tags: CoinOp Studios --- # Game Play Summary Single screen dungeon Overhead view Contract tells what to render Each move character takes, monsters close in on you Fight and kite monsters so they don’t attack you all at once Treasure chest spawns at end of final monster fight Second contract gets executed to put your moves on chain and your NFT award Can code a bot to play for you if you want After you get the NFT award, you can play again with the new item - Modifier on character attributes - Attack power (how much damage you can deal) - Defense power (how much damage gets done to you, how much damage you can eat without taking hits to HP) - Health points (100 health to 200 health) 1 category of item for each of the stats (each category has multiple items but with different colors for different tiers of items) (palette swap the same art) - Weapon (attack points) - Armor (defense points) - Cybernetic Implant (modify hit points) NFT player art visually changes base on what they have equipped) Player starts with default player art that is not an NFT (nothing is equipped) - So you can still play and do things - Start with built in weapon, then when they win they get the NFT that they can fight with Game reward scales with experience points inversely Re-run same dungeon with NFT, is a little easier Next time win, the drop is less lucrative By the 3rd / 4th play through you cannot get anything else Difficulty scaling is for the next iteration Store what the player has equipped on the blockchain
