# **🛑 {FIXED} TotalAV Subscription Not Showing or Expired? (2026 Update)**
If you purchased a plan but TotalAV shows "Expired Plan," follow these steps to force a license sync:
**1. Manual License Sync**
Open the TotalAV interface and click the Settings (Gear Icon).
Select Check for Subscription Updates.
Note: Ensure your VPN is OFF to allow the sync.
**2. Verify Account Integrity**
Log in to totalav.com/login to ensure the purchase was processed under your current email. Check the "My Subscriptions" tab for active status.
**⚠️ IMMEDIATE ACTIVATION SUPPORT** If the status remains "Expired," there is likely a "Token Mismatch" requiring a Manual License Recovery.
