# The way we work: 6 month cycles

Changing the way we work from 6month cycles with a big reveal to more of an ongoing work delivering POC's.
We don't work up to a big reveal after 6 months, but talk regularly about our work in posts on the Vac forum and show what we are doing.
Sometimes we will do a presentation to the bigger organisation, when asked for or when we want to.

We keep on working in 6month cycles when it comes to:
* making deliverables/setting goals
* evaluation
* path forward
