giving you access to a faucet (subsidy) or a marketplace (as a seller or buyer)

Scope:
- Identity system (UX)
- Create avatar
- Basic info like name and birthdate
- Plugin system for attestations
- on chain
- off chain
- irl
- Example plugins:
- E-ID to prove you're an adult
- Status email address (Im part of...)
- On chain: you own an NFT
- Off chain: my neighbours attests i'm living in this building
- A simple market to prove your credentials / rights to be there (access right)
- A simple faucet (subsidy)

i also want to involve someone who knows legal
because if we do a good job i think our next app could be a suggestion for a viable solution for citizens of antwerp for instance

filoo also mentioned france is going to implement stricter rules for +18 web content (basically asking gov e-id for porn sites lol)

subsidy as in "every citizen of antwerp who has a cat gets a refund when sterilising the cat at a registered vet"

"if you have a child under 6 you can get a monthly payment for childcare"

"if you are transgender you could get a refund for hormone replacement"

but also

"you can only buy in this market if you are transgender"

in antwerp, there's many people from turkish descent
the cool thing they do is
they operate their own supermarkets etc and turkey actually subsidizes food etc (they import everything super cheap) so turkish citizens /expats get to have cheap food and products
anyone can go there and buy
but since it is a local thing, those supermarkets are only in turkish neighbourhoods
if i would buy everything in my street, i would pay half of what it costs in a typical "flemish" supermarket
the subsidy part of government IS a marketplace
with vouchers

the outlet = more like social media currently

but if we replace the identity / profile in the outlet with our next app, .... it becomes something more

if you now say for instance a character in the outlet is a city
the outlet could be used for people to discuss / negotiate / govern ideas for subsidies and markets

voting on which subsidy is okay or not

or who can get access to which market

the outlet = inspiration and communication, social media, coming to consensus, voting

next project is identity + attestations, access rights etc
